Refund policy

Notification of damaged stock must be received within 72 hours of delivery. Stock will be collected and replaced (if applicable) at our cost.

The return of undamaged stock authorised by Unigloves, is credited as follows:

• 0 - 30 days - full repayment minus 10% of the value of the order or £50 (whichever is greater) to restock*
• 30 - 90 days - less 25% or £50 (whichever is greater) to restock*
• 90 - 180 days - less 50% or £50 (whichever is greater) to restock*

* pending stock check upon return

Please contact your Unigloves representative prior to return.

Please Note:

• The Customer pays the freight / delivery cost for the return of unwanted / unsold stock
• Unigloves only accepts returns in undamaged original packaging
• Unigloves only accepts the return of Hand Protection in the original, unbroken packaging
• Unigloves will not accept returns in packages which have been reprinted
