Unigloves NitreGuard Technology is awarded to gloves achieving a high-performance in the straight blade cut test, according to European standard EN388. These gloves are specially designed for applications involving a high risk of cuts and are recommended for use in industries working with glass, sharp metal objects and edges, and other cutting threats. Our Nitrex 242D Cut Resistant Gloves achieved a cut level D and will resist ≥15N & <22N of cutting pressure (EN388:2016). What’s more, these work gloves are also touch screen compatible, so that wearers do not need to remove their gloves and risk injury when using touch screen equipment. The 13 gauge seamless nylon liner with HPPE and encapsulated glass fibre is also cut resistant and breathable, ensuring hands are protected from cuts whilst remaining free from sweat and irritation.

The flexible foam coating of our Nitrex 242D touch screen gloves comprise nitrile blended with PU and affords the gloves maximum abrasion and tear protection as well as an enhanced grip in dry, damp, and oily conditions. Featuring a special hydrophobic treatment, these gloves also provide water resistance to the back of the hand whilst maintaining maximum breathability for ongoing comfort, even after long hours of use. Finally, the elasticated knitted wrist ensures a secure fit and keeps hands free from dust and other particles.
